Captain Eric was very knowledgeable about fishing all year in Galveston and tips on the time of year for various fish in Galveston waters. Put us on the fish right away and we had a blast catching our limit of Red fish and also catching shark, catfish, puppy drum and small croakers. Looking forward to fishing again with Eric.

Had a great experience. Started out catching some little bait fish and then went out to deeper water. We caught some catfish, a few sharks and two big redfish. Captain took us to two locations and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a great half day fishing trip with Captain eric. Caught sheep’s heads and two red drums, one that was 40 in Long. Overall and outstanding trip and the ceviche was delicious that evening. Would fish with him again anytime.

My wife and I and our two sons really enjoyed our time fishing with Captain Eric.  He was knowledgeable, personable, and patient with us.  We all caught fish and had a super afternoon.  I would not hesitate to book with Line Check again.

Captain Eric makes you feel like you are hanging out with a lifelong friend. He’s funny, he’s a great teacher and most of all he puts you on fish! If we ever come back to Galveston we will book him again. He said one of the Red Drum we caught was rare due to the extra spots. I swear the fish were bigger than me! My husband had a blast too as you can see with his smile!
