Lake Ontario had big waves this morning due to an East Northeast wind, 4 to 5 footers kept us off the lake.We opted to stay in the river and fish for smallmouth bass. The bite was excellent, we caught fish everywhere.Water temperature 50.6 degrees fish were found between 25 and 35 feet of water. water clarity was near perfect

The toughest part about today was just fishing and navigating through fog. The bite was incredible. We caught king salmon coho salmon lake trout, brown trout and even went in the river for a small mouth bass bite lake surface temperature was 49.6ยฐ winds were light out of the West and later out of the Southwest until about noon where they began to come in out of the Northeast. Fish ate plugs on the niagara trout eight minnows in the river

Lake temperature, 48.5ยฐ winds were light, but they were out of the Northeast fish were spread out in smallpods across the Niagara bar did not set up in any kind of a pattern. Kwikfish and maglips are all that took fish today. Water clarity was near perfect, pulling into the wind. Was difficult at times with the river current catching us on the starboard side. Hooked into a coho and a chinook lost both of them.Landed Lakers browns, bass and a bonus musky

Great bite across the board for king salmon, coho salmon, lake trout, brown trout out on the niagara bar. The river was just as good for bass and brown trout. 46 degree water temperature. Light southwest winds in the morning. Water color both in the river and lake was perfect. Plugs and minnows all day

Kwikfish was the ticket today in deeper water just outside of the green can. Water temperature, 46ยฐ winds were calm in the morning out of the Southwest, but progressively got bigger. Water clarity was near perfect

Capt.Joe very knowlege able of river had first fish in boat in less than an 1/2 c aught 16 hook ups 13 landed. Want trip of a life time would recomend.
