Had a great day on the water with Captain Jose and mate Poncho.ย Caught 6 good size Mahi Mahi.ย Took one of the fish to a local restaurant recommended by Poncho and it was prepared four different ways for us.ย Awesome day!!
Capt Juan and his mate were great. started off as a slow day but didnโt stop us from searching and finding a great rooster fish bite. We even had a close shot at a marlin heading back in. The guys work hard and donโt give up easy. Running all over the beach to find a good bite then doing everything we could to try to get the marlin to bite are some of the reasons I would recommend. On top of all of that the mate and captain were very kind and funny too. Will definitely fish the El Pargo in the future.

The over all trip was average. The seas were very rough that day. We only caught 1 dorado. Obviously the weather isnโt the crews fault. Overall I would say the crew was average.
