My experience with Tejas Salt was great! Capt Steve, was extremely knowledgeable of Galveston fishing patterns and techniques. He also recommended specific lures and top water baits for specific fishing spots based on the conditions. I would recommend Capt Steve and Tejas Salt to anyone regardless of experience. I look forward to my next trip!!

Steve was able to score us some live shrimp which has been hard the past few weeks. He did mention that it has been a slow bite as well but you couldnโt tell by our trip. Every drift we made we caught fish, as you can see by the pics. Steve is very friendly and helpful, he did try to fish himself but we kept busy so he couldnโt.

Tough day fishing, slow bite, a little wind and rain, but an awesome time.ย My son was in from Kentucky and this was his first time fishing salt water. Steve was great in coaching and encouraging him.ย Not many keepers but perfect trip as my son caught the first fish of the day and it was a keeper trout.ย Thanks Steve.
