Had a great day w/ captain Tony, caught a couple of dorado & a nice marlin hit the baits. Thanks Tony for a nice day on the big pond.
Cabo newbie, but I like to fish. Capt. Oscar works to put you on the fish. My first impression. He did not disappoint. I learned a lot. Saturday we got two Marlin. Thank you Daliken (Jamie) excellent day on the water.
My crew was young but there was no lack of experience. These kids put me on the fish! We started the day off with a nice dorado and then decided to chase some wahoo. Captain Lalo put us right on top of them. We hooked 4 and landed 2 really nice fish. My first wahoo!! All of this in front of several bigger boats that were not having the success we did. Very easy to communicate with these guys and I don’t just mean the language. They were clear on what needed to happen to get fish in the boat. A great day!

Difficult to communicate, didn’t speak English, we had a great catch and he took the rod from Gary and then lost the fish! Not happy!! He should have let Gary catch the fish and he should have run the boat to help bring the fish in!!
He had to remove the rod since he had a Big TUNA and those fish fight down And it does not give the possibility of moving the boat forward or backward. and what the captain tried was to prevent it from getting tangled with the motor and losing the tuna and in the end that is what happened. You should recognize the captain’s effort and not get Angry, remember, it’s fishing.
Even though you reservation was for 4 hours, which is for shore and bottom fishing, the captain chose to take you to the tunas. since he knew if stayed close to the shore You would not catch anything Since shore fishing has been slow the last week and he wanted was for you to catch something So You go home with fish
