My family of 5 had such a great time with Jacob. He was very knowledgeable and shared a great deal about sockeye salmon fishing and the surrounding wildlife. Jacob had my entire family cracking up laughing when the fishing was slow. Our trip was unfortunately at the very beginning of the sockeye running season, so there were not many running the river yet. Still, Jacob was able to get us on the fish. There were many around us the were not so lucky. Overall terrific experience and I would recommend to all. Thank you Jacob!

Captain Chris and the crew (Dan and Reno) gave us the highlight of our Alaska trip last week as fished for King Salmon. With the fishing season just beginning we were told by Chris it might be a challenge, but he would take us to the locations most likely to help us achieve our goal of taking home King Salmon. As you can see we succeeded. We were very pleased with the approach Chris took with us, from the moment we booked (through frequent communique) until we left with our fish steaks in the transport box. He is very competent, very helpful, and as you can see in the picture a very pleasant person to be with for 8 hours. We look forward to another trip with Chris.

This trip was awesome, from beginning to end. Jacob and Kayla were so friendly and personable. They really welcomed us on the boat and showed us the ropes. We chatted and joked while taking in the beauty of the Kasilof River (and absolutely slaying some sockeyes). Chris was also great with communicating, he answered my questions quickly and was friendly. I highly recommend them!
Jacob did a great job. He had to overcome some obstacles and he pulled it off with grace. We had great morning and learned a new fishing technique. Highly recommend!
