The Captain tried to put us on the redfish but they were not biting. We caught hard tails, catfish, pin fish, a mora, and a small flounder. He helped teach my son and father-in-law how to cast we a spinning reel. Would recommend.

We scheduled and planned for a 4 hour offshore trip to target larger fish. The weather prevented us from doing so, so it turned into an onshore trip. The captain was very nice, friendly, funny, and put us on some nice fish. However, he was very unprepared with gear and seemed very unorganized. It would have been nice to move around a bit or target other species rather than only fishing one spot the whole time. He did adjust the rate because we had to stay inshore. Super nice guy and we enjoyed fishing with him overall

Captain Rick was on time and ready first thing in the am. Conditions in gulf were a little windy and choppy but we caught our limit and threw a good number back. Pay attention to Captain and he will show you the way to catch fish in the Gulf. Tremendous experience for us.
