What an awesome day! My son and I chose the half day trip but sure wish we had done a full day! From the moment you book the trip, Captain Willie gets in touch with you and goes over every detail regarding your fishing excursion.
Our day started out a bit stormy but Captain Willie kept us up to date with the forecast and when it was safe to head to the boat from our house. Captain Willie had everything you could possibly need for a day of fishing. One of the things my son and I liked best was how incredibly knowledgeable and eager to teach both Captain Willie and Max were. We both learned so much that day about fishing, the ocean, and the area of Florida that we were fishing in. I can’t thank Willie and Max enough for all they did for my son and I. My son’s smile that day is a memory I will carry forever!

We met at the marina at 7:15 am for a 6 hour trip. Captain Willie was extremely nice and i love how careful he is at maintaining safety on the boat. it was four of us passengers and there was plenty of room and plenty of rod and bait options. i really appreciate that he stopped to pick up a balloon that was floating in one of the good spots we found. leave no trace! we targeted king fish at first and caught a bunch of beautiful bonitas, and a blue runner. we saw a few sea tortoises, but the real adventure was when we went a few miles offshore to the weed patches and found some schools of mahi mahi. we played around with them a bit, but they were too small and picky as we are a still couple months away from prime mahi time.  overall we had an absolute blast and loved it more because Captain Willie was having fun with us. He also brought amazing snacks. planning our next trip ASAP.

Thank you to Captain Willie for an awesome day on the water!  His communication before the trip was wonderful. He had snacks and drinks for us on the boat and anything else we may have needed. He was patient with us and explained everything to us that we needed to know. He was just as excited to find the fish as we were. We had a great day!  Highly recommend captain Willie.! On a very windy day, Capt. Willie put us on the fish consistently. It was a great day.  The boat was very spacious with plenty of elbow room and it took the waves very well. I highly recommend going out with Capt. Willie.

Capt Willie tried to make the most out of heavy sea but had to cut it short due to our sea sickness. Catching several fish but 5’ swells were too much. Great effort and boat handling but elements were overwhelming. Would try again in calmer weather. Captain knows his stuff and is very personable.
