Lots of fun. Captain Tim was great. Patient with the kids (and the adults that needed some extra tips, too.)

Mangrove snapper, sheepsheads, black drums in the box, caught a handful more that were too small to keep, and even a nice sized grouper, too. His awesome dog Lily even greeted us with a big wagging tail smile, but she stayed home while we fished. 120% recommend a trip with Captain Tim!

Had a great fish with Captain Tim and Lilly. We caught a variety of smaller fish, as well as a couple keepers. We were able to get out into the gulf, catch a small shark and a triple tail, and do some fishing around the docks on the inside. Captain Tim was great at giving pointers for us not so experienced fishers and keeping the lines baited, and filleted our fish so we could make some for dinner!

We had a great time with captain Tim! We had our 2 young boys and he was on top of re-baiting their hooks and teaching them a thing or 2 on how to cast better. Caught plenty of fish for the kids to have a great day. He even took us to a spot on the beach for the kids to find shells and watch the dolphins.

I could not recommend MM charter and captain Tim enough!

We enjoyed our day out with Captain Tim. He was a good guy. He put us on some fish and we were able to take fish home to eat. We had booked for an inshore excursion and ended up actually running several miles offshore, which is not what we had expected but we did get on fish and we did enjoy our time on the water. All in all it was an enjoyable time with good friends making memories so mission accomplished. His dog was on the boat with us and also made us laugh smile as she was very excited when someone got a fish on. Thanks for bringing her along. 😊

I booked a tarpon excursion for May 13, 2023 with my son (13) Communication was a little rough before the trip as I did not receive a message or call to confirm the meeting point. I went to “show on map” directions in fishing booker and it took me to to a wrong location. I drove to another address that was listed and that one was correct. The tarpon did not cooperate with us for the trip, but that can be tarpon fishing. Captain Tim kept working to get us on a tarpon, but it seemed to be a rough day for all the tarpon boats. I was feeling bad because I wanted this so much for my son. It was a birthday gift. Tim proposed a plan B to do some shark fishing. I was feeling a little beat, but Tim went to the marina and purchased chum and bait for plan B. I appreciated what he was doing for us. Tim got my son hooked up with 4 small sharks and my son’s smiles chased away some of my rough feelings. Captain Tim let my son drive the boat for a bit on the way back. Tim also wanted us to fish around some docks on the way in and my son got a snapper. Tim figured it out and I am thankful to have gotten the shark fishing memories. I don’t believe all captain’s do plan B. Some tarpon captain’s don’t even put a rod and reel in the client’s hands. Thank you Captain Tim!
