I brought my son and 3 of my friends for the trip. We really didnt know what to expect We got there and Al was very prompt. He rigged allours poles and we set out for a day of fishing and fun. The early part of the trip it was a bit cool and fairly choppy. Al immediately saw we were going to have a problem with the chop so he took us to a much more calm spot. Five people on a 6 hour trip and we only caught 5 fish(nothing we could keep). We did try what felt like a lot of spots so maybe the fish were just not biting Captin Al was nice, provided good equipment, and has a very nice boat. He did not give a lot of help or direction on how to fish/ jig or what to expect (we had a few new fishermen on the trip). Also, we only tried 2 types of fishing (jiging to blues and bucktails on the bottom). On past charters I’ve gone on when we were not catching fish... More

Thank you for your review. It was a slow day fishing but let’s look at your comments. 6 hrs .. no you were 45 mins. Late. 5 guys fishing.. no 1 guy sea sick don’t fish.. 1 guy fished less then an hour then got bored. I ran over 60 miles to find the fish and after 20 years on the water you do have days that suck. Thanks
