I’ve fished numerous charters from Florida to North Carolina, Captain Rick is one of the best! He made me feel comfortable with his timelines, family friendliness, clean boat, well maintained equipment, great attitude, helpful, and knowledgeable!

I wanted to go out on a sport fishing trip. Captain Rick called the night before and said the weather was going to be a little rough. He gave me an option for a refund or tailor the trip to inland; I chose inland. He made sure I knew that fishing could be limited with the rough water, but not impossible. I asked for a chance to go out, but he said it wouldn’t be comfortable and he doesn’t want to risk safety over fun.

Captain Rick didn’t waste time. We left at 7 and dropped lines within the first 15- 20 minutes on the water. The captain pointed out historic spots, recommended places to eat, and made us feel comfortable.

We had fish in the boat before the hour mark. When my boys caught a fish he got just as excited as we did. His driving skills were on point, the boat never felt like it was on rough water. He put us in the right spots and kept fish on the line. Overall it was a great morning on the water.
