After reading many reviews on different fishing excursions, I couldn’t have been more pleased with my decision to book with these guys. What an incredible experience with phenomenal service. We felt as though we were family the entire time. The boys were extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly where to find the big fish! We caught Mai Mai & barracuda and even almost hooked a huge marlin. We are already thinking about booking our next trip with these guys.. if you’re thinking about planning a great fishing trip. These are your guys!! Book it, you won’t be disappointed.

Weather was cloudy and choppy.  Got out on 4 hour after noon trip.  Caught a few fish.  Got one for my boys each and one for my self.  Guys were awesome and fun to fish with.  Vary knowledgeable overal a great time had by all.  If all goes well we will return next year and will be going out with these guys for a full they next year.  Hoping for same guys.  Highly recommend them.    Family vacation my family won’t ever forget.  Thanks to these guys.

First Mate Eddy is superb at his job. Trip was on a cloudy rain day and we had some swells. Eddy made the trip fun and help us catch e fish, a Mahi Mahi and a barracuda. Going fishing in Punta Cana, Gone Dog is a boat and crew for a great trip, no matter the weather. Boat is spacious and kept nice.

The captain and mate were extremely nice. I booked the 6 hour trolling trip for my girlfriend and I. She had never been out before and despite wearing a scopolamine patch and taking a Dramamine she got sick about an hour into the trip. I was disappointed, but asked if we could end the trip early and there was no hesitation. We pulled lines in immediately and started back for shore. In a surprise twist, this is where our experience actually began! They had a backup plan in place for instances like this and they took us to the most beautiful snorkeling area I’ve ever seen. They took what could have been a very bad experience and made it an extremely special day for us. Next time I travel to Punta Cana I will be booking another trip with these guys, and look forward to actually doing some fishing as we only had lines in the water for about 20 mins before we had to change the plans. A special thanks to Eddie the mate who made us feel like instant long time friends. He was an incredible host and his energy was incredible. Truly a one in a million guy.

Been out before with other charters. The Captain and first mate were enjoyable and the first mate was as pleasant as you can ask for. Another boat near us broke down so we had to go to their rescue. We towed them in as to not leave them stranded and in danger. It cut our trip short but we did not mind. We had already caught enough fish and would have wanted them to do the same for us. Tight lines my friends!
