Can’t say enough good things about the captain and first mate on the Jolly Roger II.  The weather, on the other hand, wasn’t quite as supportive! 

We were very lucky to be able to reschedule our trip to the following day after all the charter boats in Key West cancelled due to rough waters.  Our captain got us on the water the next day before the sun even came up, giving us every advantage possible for finding fish.  As you can see in the picture. We did find fish! 

It could have been better, we’re the circumstances better, but with the very experienced crew on the Jolly Roger II, we still got on enough fish to consider the excursion a success.  Not a “10” bit as close as I believe anyone on the water got that day.

We will definitely contact this Captain to take us out shin when we return to Key West.

We had the absolute best time on our trip. The captain and his crew were friendly and helpful. It was myself, my husband, and our 2 kids age 6. One of them was sea sick for a little bit and they both reassured us that we could go back if we needed and checked on us with her. We caught quite a few fish, some were too small and we had to throw back, but plenty to keep and so much fun! I booked the trip for my husband and kids and think I enjoyed it even more myself! Would definitely go again!

We had an early morning charter on 6/27 with our two kids who are 13 and 9 and these two guys were extremely patient and helpful with our kids! We caught a bunch of yellow tail and 2 cero mackerel and they even made sure the birthday girl caught a barracuda for a fun catch and release. Took a lot of great pictures and I would highly recommend booking your next charter with them. We sure enjoyed the fresh cero mackerel this evening! Thanks again and we will book again next time we come to Key West!

Joe and Brian were great! It was our first time deep sea fishing and had a really fun time! We caught lots of fish and despite it being windy that day, we still had so much fun!

Captain Joe and Brian were amazing!  They got us out and going right away and we caught 5 Mahi Mahi!  Once we got back to the dock helping with photos and taking care of cleaning and filleting the fish for us to take.  They also recommended a great place for us to take our catch to have it cooked for lunch!  Overall a great experience!
