It was tough fishing conditions, but we managed to catch about 20 fish of 5 different species. Captain Chad is a great guy to spend time with on the water. He has been fishing in that area for many years, so he is very knowledgable about the fishery. We had one person on our trip that has only been fishing once since the 70’s as a young girl, and he even managed to help her catch a redfish :-)

My brothers and I went on our first trip with Big Dog Fishing Charter and Steve was our guide. My brothers and I had an awesome day. We caught red fish, catfish and a drum fish. It was however a tougher day for fishing because the fish weren’t as aggressive, but Steve did all he could do to put us in the best position to catch fish. He was a great guide , very knowledgeable, helpful and just a good guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We will most definitely be back for another trip.

Sorry, I’m so bad at remembering names. I’m pretty sure it was captain Chad. He was awesome. We had a bad day out on the water - but it was nobody’s fault. Weather did us poorly, but I could tell he was trying hard to get us on whatever he could. He took us to every spot possible, and we managed a single red. None of the other boats produced anything either. Our captain was incredibly friendly, intelligible, and cool. Boat was awesome as well. I recommend these guys for sure - just check the weather first!!! (Even though our cold front was unexpected lol). Hopefully we can come back and catch a bunch one day soon!

Trip was amazing first spot caught 2 reds soon as we stopped.  Captain Chad new were to find fish and made sure we had great time. This was my daughter first time on bought and she caught first bull redfish.  Would definitely recommend and will be booking again. Thanks for helping my daughter and I make great memories.
